SPOOLY
Tell the story behind your pictures out loud, then send the link. The people who were there add what they remember, and Spooly weaves all of you into one piece.
Pick some pictures and clips, press the red button and tell the story. Move to the next picture whenever you're ready.
Text it to the people who were there. They open it in any browser and listen. No app, no account.
Each person adds what they remember over the same pictures, or answers something someone said. They can add pictures of their own, too.
As voices arrive, Spooly cuts them into one piece the way a documentary editor would: the best lines from everyone, in an order where people answer each other. You can also hear each voice on its own, or a conversation as it happened.
Save one picture with everyone who talked over it, a few pictures, or the whole thing. It ends on the names of everyone in it, and plays anywhere, long after.
A memory goes only to the people you send it to. For three days the link lets them in. After that it closes behind them, and anyone new has to ask you. Everyone in it can see who's there.
Nothing is posted: no profiles, followers or likes, and no way to find a memory. Anyone can take back what they added, and whoever made it can remove anything, or delete it for everyone. No one at Spooly looks at your memories unless one is reported.
How Spooly handles your pictures and voicesSpooly is an app for iPhone and Android, in a small private test for now.
